How to Order
Step 1 – Decide what MemoryPak you want and how many units you want. You have a choice between Micro MemoryPak(2.4″ screen) and Printed Card MemoryPak with either 4.3″ or 7″ screen. (Please see product options for further information on each).
Step 2 – Decide if you will supply us print-ready artwork or if you want us to assist you with designing the artwork for the MemoryPak. If you choose to create your MemoryPak design yourself, we will send you a cover design template by email. The template will have clear instructions advising where your images will need to be placed in order to personalise your MemoryPak. If you prefer us to design this for you please send us a design brief explaining exactly what you want.
Step 3 – We will send an invoice directly to you.
Step 4 – You must decide which payment method suits you. We accept credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
Step 5 – Send us your artwork & video’s (or photos for the photo slideshow) that you wish to put on to your personalised MemoryPak by using any share file transfer e.g. WeTransfer, YouSendIt or Dropbox. If you do not use any file sharing websites, please let us know and we will assist you further.
Step 6 –Our graphics team will review your artwork and advise of any issues. We will send you your final design/print of your MemoryPak as a PDF file for you to review and approve.
Step 7 – Once you have checked your final design/ print you must approve in writing by email, letting us know you are happy with the final design.
Step 8 – We produce and deliver your personalised MemoryPak to you or your recipient by Royal Mail or one of our other trackable courier services. We are of course able to deliver anywhere in the world in a very quick time.
